Purple

For a visual storytelling series for Purple Magazine the aim was to stage basketball players athletes and well known figures in a set of dark lively and intimate scenes shaped with different photographers each bringing a distinct touch, and the work focused on forming a tone that feels both real and slightly playful so small details of mood breath and motion come through with clarity, and the setups ranged from tight low light corners to wide dim halls where each subject could move pause or drift into shadow with ease, and the process drew from deep blacks warm glows and faint color bursts that rise from skin sweat and fabric, and from there a layered visual and organic rhythm.
