Aesop

For a design brief for Aesop the aim was to craft stark abstract flower key visuals in pure black white so the forms speak with sharp force and a clear bold tone, and the work focused on reducing each bloom to its most direct lines letting curves cuts and shadows form a strong iconic mark, and the scenes were shaped as tight graphic fields where each petal fold and void sat in calm tension with the next, and the process drew from crisp contrasts deep blacks and clean whites that turn soft organic shapes into firm pictorial signs, and from there a lean visual system grew that links each image through a steady mix of clarity weight and calm strength guiding the eye across a set of flowers that feel both quiet and striking at once.
